I don't really know much about this gal except she makes the most phenominal mini costumes that I have ever seen! I first saw one on a mini Chaney arab mare owned by Michele Akers at the MAR show and that put me hot on the trail - when I saw this lovely one on ebay I JUMPED at the chance to grab it!
